First Course

beer, whiskey, tomatoes bacon and mussels
Scallops
wrapped with bacon of course

bacon, lettuce and tomatoes with mozzarella
Sautéed Shad Fillet
with lemon, bacon, and butter sauce

bacon, peas onions and egg custard

Maple Bacon Cookies
served with maple gelato

topped with candied bacon
