Anglotti (Butternut Squash Ravioli in a Spinach Cream Sauce)
Sinatra Salad (Italian meats, cheeses, artichoke hearts, roasted peppers, olives, romaine and red wine vinaigrette) 

Entree (choose one)
Grilled Basa with figs, oranges, pears and almonds 
Sautéed Sea Scallops with chili lime butter 
Veal Funghetta with a wild and fresh mushroom cream sauce
