Summer Beat Goes On

With day after day of the heat index at or near 100, we hope you’ll consider letting us do the cooking for you. The Summer Specials for August 18 – 21 will include:

Appetizer

Melon and prosciutto
a perfect summertime blend of sweet and salty

Entrée

Veal Pistola
Spinach, roasted peppers, and golden tomatoes in a garlic cream sauce
ALL of the vegetables are locally grown and super fresh!

All other entrées will be served with corn on the cob and fresh tomatoes in place of the standard potatoes and vegetables

Dessert

Key Lime Pie
