Final Four Menus April 4, 5, and 6

College basketball brackets started with 68 teams, but our bracket features just four, and this weekend is the big competition.  Each of our four servers has selected a menu, and you get to pick whose is best!  Who will win, Debbie, Patrick, Stephanie, or Mary?  The menu with the most votes at the end of the weekend is the winner.  Also this weekend, kind of like the coach’s choice, is Casalinga, our home-made ravioli special.  Here are your menu choices, may the best team win:

Debbie’s Menu:  The Cocker Spaniel ($25.55)
Appetizer:  Baby Greens Salad with Fruit, Topped with Peach Balsamic and Fresh Cheese
Entree:  Vongole – Linguine with Clams in a Red Sauce
Dessert:  Tiramisu 

Patrick’s Menu:  Mr. Green Jeans ($27.27)
Appetizer:  Spinach Salad with Goat Cheese, Roasted Peppers, and Balsamic Vinaigrette
Entree:  Chicken Patricio – Chicken with Goat Cheese, Roasted Peppers, Olives, and Olive Oil over Linguine Pesto
Dessert:  Key Lime Pie

Stephanie’s Menu:  The Wise Old Owl ($33.33)
Appetizer:  Agnolotti:  Butternut Squash Ravioli in a Spinach Cream Sauce
Entree:  Scallops in Chili Lime Butter Sauce over Linguine
Dessert:  Dreamy Bombe – Peanut Butter Gelato with a Caramel Center Inside a Milk Chocolate Shell with Peanut Butter Drizzled on Top

Mary’s Menu:  The Politician ($33.33)
Appetizer:  Aunt Carrie’s Salad – Romaine with Artichoke Hearts and Roasted Peppers with Prosciutto and Mozzarella Pinwheels, topped with Red Wine Vinaigrette
Entree:  Veal Verona – Breaded Veal Cutlet Topped with Roasted Peppers, Mushrooms, and Fresh Mozzarella in a Lemon Butter Sauce, served with a side of Penne Vodka Cream
Dessert:  Cherry Crumb Pie with Vanilla Ice Cream
